Health Rebel, Restaurateur, Certified Plant-Based Chef & Nutritionist

Elika is a certified Health Coach, Restaurateur, Certified Plant-based Chef and Nutritionist.
Following years of corporate burnout, frustration with yo-yo dieting and lack of nutritional
support available from personal trainers, Elika set course on a path to healthy living and evolved
relationship with food.

In a quest to heal her own body, Elika sought answers in India, Bali, Costa Rica, Australia and
New York City, USA by examining modern science, ancient wisdom and forgotten traditions.
She studied innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and
hundreds of dietary theories including Ayurveda, Gluten-Free, Paleo, Raw Vegan, Keto,
Macrobiotics, and everything in between. Her health challenges included insomnia, sugar
cravings, lack of energy, food intolerances, adrenal fatigue, chronic stress, PCOS, hormonal
imbalance and a desire to reduce body fat, whilst increasing muscle mass. Through this
experience, Elika now works with professionals and corporate teams to increase their
knowledge and lead healthier, energised lifestyles.
In 2015, Elika founded Kitchen by Food Rebel, an organic restaurant in Singapore’s financial
district. Having worked in the area, Elika was extremely frustrated with the lack of healthy food

options. As her clients started to voice similar concerns, Elika saw a need for a safe space. She
now lends her expertise to restaurants and event venues.
Elika is a graduate of the University of Huddersfield, United Kingdom with a BA (Hons) in
Business. Post graduation, Elika attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York City
where she was certified as a Health Coach. In addition, Elika studied at the Seeds of Life
Culinary School in Bali to become a Certified Raw Food Chef.
