Mai has an extensive background as an Executive Assistant to various multinational companies, as well as a yoga teacher and a studio owner.
Through Mai’s corporate and yogic experience, she understands that it is the human component that constitute a vital element of an organisation.
Mai believes it’s not only the human relationship among the people is important, but also the individual relationship to their own self and understanding of the self is the key element to the thriving individuals who can fulfill the their potentiality of themselves as well as the organisation.
It has been long journey for Mai to integrate her mind, body and soul, to bring the sense of wholeness, which she now understands it as a foundation of wellbeing.
When teaching yoga, Mai thoroughly enjoy creating an open space for each individual to experience mindful movement and re-connect with their own body. Mai describes yoga as “making love to yourself”, where you are being “One” with your body, your breath, your mind and your spirit.
Mai has also obtained Mid-Certificate from Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in New York, to practice as a coach to help people tap into their own.
Good health is not a destination. It is a journey. Kayo’s journey saw her plunge into the abyss of ill health, fuelled by the pressures of the modern lifestyle. As a business entrepreneur Kayo saw her life consumed by an illness that confined her to bed for almost half a decade. Kayo eventually found her way back through her belief that holistically, a person can truly overcome ill health. Combining a balanced diet, emotional well-begin, spirituality, Kayo rebuilt her health to engage in the world again. And through it, a passion was born from the revelation she was not alone from neglected health. As a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) with a certification from the State University of New York, Kayo shares her experiences of those dark times and guides her clients, telling them, “Be true to yourself!”
Born with poor health into a big family, Joycelyn is used to being different. With limited resources, she realised that she can build up a stronger body through small changes sometimes even at no additional cost! Being a supply chain professional, she’s amped in connecting the dots and helping people around her understand things in a different perspective. She’s recognised for being highly committed and customer-oriented. With her personal experience and health coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, she hope to help more people find comfort in not fitting in to societal health believes but finding their bio-individuality to be true to oneself.
With a background in sales and marketing, Florence has been embracing a long expatriation life that led her to re-assess her professional journey. 2013 is a turning point when life smacked her face after the loss of a beloved one and self- care appeared to her as the only path to overcome. By starting yoga, she has naturally and gradually changed her diet, lifestyle and it triggered a huge wake- up call. Later on, diagnosed with a gluten intolerance and severe gut disorders, she started more radical diet changes. Along this journey, she has truly become passionate about self-care, personal growth development and transformation. Graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and with a certification from the State University of New York (Purchase College) she keeps spreading her favorite motto : “Great things never come from comfort zones, feel the fear but do it anyway ! “

Since then, he has accumulated a wealth of health knowledge and has shared with many his health experience. A certified Institute of Integrated Nutrition health coach, Calvin’s dream is to see many people be healed of their chronic diseases through natural means starting with baby steps changes in their lifestyle. He holds a B.Com from University of NSW (Marketing & Human Resource Management) and has 20 years of global business development experience servicing international clients.
